A pigeon has begun accompanying a neighbourhood delivery drone along the final stretch of its route. Engineers checked the flight logs and found no delays, just a consistent second silhouette. Residents now wave at both. The drone’s tracking page has been updated to show “arriving shortly, with colleague,” which has improved customer satisfaction more than the previous six releases.
