After rotating inconvenient calls for a month, a distributed team realised most of them could be short written updates. The one remaining meeting now fits everyone’s working day. A parent made it to swimming pickup. A colleague cooked dinner properly. The project continued, apparently untroubled by the absence of heroic scheduling.
Collaboration, now compatible with having a life.
