The first morning on a new electric bus route featured an unexpected sound: conversation at ordinary volume. At the third stop, two strangers negotiated who should board first with escalating politeness. The driver eventually invited both aboard. Transport planners say journey times remain normal, although the route is receiving unusually affectionate feedback.
A small reduction in background grumble.
